The Cartier Roadster Chronograph 2618 is a bold and sporty expression of Cartier’s design ethos, combining vintage automotive inspiration with refined luxury. Introduced in the early 2000s, this model features a distinctive tonneau-shaped stainless steel case measuring approximately 40mm wide and 47mm from lug to lug. Its sleek curves and sculpted lines give it a dynamic, aerodynamic feel, echoing the streamlined forms of classic roadsters.

At the heart of the Roadster Chrono 2618 is the automatic Cartier Caliber 8510 movement, which delivers reliable performance and a power reserve of around 42 hours. The black dial is detailed with Cartier’s signature Roman numeral hour markers, luminous sword-shaped hands, and three chronograph sub-dials positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, offering functionality for timing hours, minutes, and seconds. A magnified date window sits prominently at 12 o’clock, a signature feature of the Roadster line, enhanced by the sapphire crystal’s integrated cyclops lens.

This chronograph also includes sporty pushers flanking the screw-down crown, which is styled in Cartier’s signature cabochon shape. The watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters, making it suitable for everyday use. It comes with a stainless steel bracelet equipped with Cartier’s easy-change system, allowing quick swaps to other straps without the need for tools.
